A CH Tralee Gift Card is the ultimate way to share the best of beauty, fragrance, and wellness. We sell physical plastic gift cards that are durable, stylish, and ready for any occasion.

• Where to Buy: Purchase in-person at our store on 31 The Mall, Tralee, or order online at chtralee.com.
• Physical Delivery: When you buy online, we deliver the physical gift card directly to your door (or the recipient's) anywhere in Ireland.
• No Expiry Date: Your balance is safe with us. Our gift cards never expire, giving you total peace of mind.
• Top-Ups: You can add funds to your physical card at any time at our in-store till points.

How to Use It Online?

To use your physical gift card on our website, ensure it is a newer 17-digit card.

1. Find Your PIN: On the back of the card, scratch off the silver foil to reveal your 3-digit security PIN.
2. Checkout: Go to your "Basket" and click the link: “Click here if you have a promotion or a voucher code to use.”
3. Enter Details: Type in the 17-digit card number followed immediately by the 3-digit PIN (no spaces).
4. Apply: Press Return or click 'Apply' to deduct the balance from your total.

Note: You can use multiple cards on one order by repeating this process.

How to Buy an Online Gift Card?

Ordering a physical card online to be delivered by post is quick and easy:

1. Select Value: Visit our Gift Card Page and choose an amount: €25, €50, €100, or €150.
2. Add to Basket: Complete your purchase through our secure checkout.
3. Shipping: We will process and post your physical card to the address provided.

Purchasing & Delivery

Where can I buy CH Physical Gift Cards?

You can purchase our physical plastic gift cards in person at CH, The Mall, Tralee, or online at chtralee.com.

• Delivery: Online orders are sent via An Post and typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
• Shipping Fees: Depending on your order value, a delivery charge may apply. Please note that physical gift cards are dispatched separately from other items in your shopping basket.

Are CH eGift Cards (digital codes) available?

We do not offer eGift Cards yet—but we are working on it! Currently, all gift cards purchased online are physical plastic cards sent by post.

Do I earn CH Rewards points when buying a Gift Card?

Loyalty points are not earned on the initial purchase of a gift card. However, the lucky recipient will earn points when they spend the gift card, provided they are a member of our Rewards Club.

Using Your Gift Card

How and where can I spend my Gift Card?

1. In-Store: At any till point in our Tralee store.
2. Online: New gift cards marked "In-store and Online" can be used at chtralee.com.

How do I use my Gift Card for an online order?

It’s easy! Just follow these steps at checkout:

1. Go to “Your Basket”.
2. Click the link: “Click here if you have a promotion or a voucher code to use.”

4. Enter your 17-digit card number followed immediately by the 3-digit PIN, then press Return.

Can I use more than one Gift Card on one order?

Yes. You can stack cards. Once the first card is applied, simply enter the next card number and PIN until your full balance is covered.

My card is 10 digits long and has no PIN. Can I use it online?

Our legacy 10-digit cards are not online-enabled. However, you can bring your old card to our Tralee store, and we will swap it for a new online-enabled card for you. For assistance, call us at 066-7121331.

Balance, Expiry & Returns

Where can I check my Gift Card balance?

• In-Store: Visit us at 31 The Mall, Tralee; our team can check your balance at any till.
• Online Shoppers: Email customerservice@chtralee.com with your card number, and we will check the balance for you.

When does my CH Tralee Gift Card expire?

Never. Your gift is safe with us for as long as you need it. There is no expiry date on CH gift cards.

Can I top up my Gift Card?

Yes. All physical gift cards can be topped up at any till point in our Tralee store.

Can I return a Gift Card or use it to buy another card?

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• If you return an item bought with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to a gift card.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver physical gift cards across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

What happens if I lose my card?

Please treat your gift card like cash. CH Tralee cannot replace or honour cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Redemption: Redeemable for goods and services only at our store at 31 The Mall, Tralee, or online at www.chtralee.com.
• Payment Type: This is a prepaid gift card, not a credit or debit card. It can be used for full or partial payment in-store and online.
• No Expiry: Your gift is safe with us. This card has no expiry date.

Transaction & Balance Limits

To comply with our store policies, the following limits apply:

• Maximum Load Value: €150 (in any one transaction in-store).
• Maximum Card Balance: €500.
• Maximum Redemption: €150 (in any one transaction, whether in-store or online).

How to Pay

• In-Store: Simply present your physical gift card at any till point when paying for your purchase.
• Online: Follow the redemption instructions provided at here..
• Deductions: The total of your purchase will be deducted from the current card value.
• Change: No cash change will be given. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for your future purchases.

Policy & Security

• Non-Exchangeable: This card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Loss or Damage: Please treat your card like cash. Gift cards will not be replaced or honoured if they are lost, stolen, damaged, or the subject of fraudulent presentation.
• Amendments: CH Tralee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

3. Maximum load value (in-store) is €150 (in any one transaction). Max Card balance is €500. Max redemption value instore or online is €150 (in any one transaction).
4. When you are paying for your purchase, present your gift card instore or follow instructions online (chtralee.com/giftcards)
5. The amount of your purchase will be deducted from the value on the card.
6. No change will be given; balance will remain on card for future purchases.
7. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions.
8. Gift cards will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost, stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation.
